Fortified Collaborations || Harvest Moon Salmon Bake || Fossil Creek Farms, Colorado

Probably one of the hardest tickets in town to get, and definitely one of the most creative dinners of the year, the Harvest Moon Salmon Bake presented by Fortified Collaborations sold out weeks in advance, and it did not disappoint.  The meal was five courses but, to be honest, the star of the show was the salmon. Cooked over open flame on large poles the salmon comes out juicy and delicious and simply fabulous. Add in beer by Horse & Dragon, and cocktails by Dry Town, a rainbow off in the distance, and the whole event adds up to one fantastic evening.
